Valorization of organic waste

Sludge from wastewater treatment plants, green waste and organic waste from households, restaurants, the food industry and the agricultural sector are recovered in dedicated biological channels.

The treatment consists of either controlled composting or anaerobic digestion in methanization facilities. The compost produced is used as fertilizer for agriculture.
